1. How to cancel the order?

After successful payment, you can check the order status in the account order details.

You can cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing your order.

After 30 minutes, our orders will enter the packing process, once packed it is impossible to cancel the return, please understand our work, thank you.

2.Return validity period

Our returns are valid until 14 natural days after the item arrives.

We will not be able to provide you with a return or exchange if it has been more than 14 natural days since you received the item.

Brand new products purchased on this site do not affect secondary sales.

7. How to pack the return

When returning the blanket, fold it neatly in its original packaging and seal it. After receiving the goods, we will check the product as soon as possible. If correct, we will arrange a refund for you.

8. What if the product is damaged during the return process?

Possumblankets.com will not accept returns and refunds if the product is damaged during the return shipping and affects the secondary sale of the product.

Therefore, if there is damage, you need to negotiate with the courier company and ask the courier company to make relevant compensation.

9. How do I get a refund?
